SFC-12P is a polycarboxylate water-reducing agent powder produced through a high-temperature powder spraying process.

Product application

Used for ready-mixed concrete, pumped concrete, mortar, including cement-based self-leveling materials, self-anchoring grouting materials, wear-resistant flooring, high-flow self-compacting concrete, etc. Applicable to various Portland cement concrete materials.

Usage

1.The recommended dosage of SFC-12P is 0.1% - 0.4% of the cementitious material.The exact amount to be used should be determined by trial mixing based on the application system and variations in the dry-mix components.

2.Before use,SFC-12P needs to be mixed evenly with a amount of waterto form a liquid with the desired solid content. Add it in a certain amount for better results.

3.SFC-12P can also be used in combination with SFC-16P slow-release powder.

Storage

The shelf life is 12 months.Use within two months after opening.If the shelf life has expired, testing and verification must be carried out before use.

Store and transportation in a well-ventilated and dry place. Measures should be taken to prevent moisture.Keep away fromdirect sunlight.After opening, it should be used promptly. If not usedoff, it should be sealed promptly to prevent it from absorbing moisture and becoming spoiled.
